Methods of Payment
We accept visa credit card payment and all online payments. Alternatively, you can send a personal cheque or arrange for payment over the phone.

Postage & Packing
All items are securely packaged but we do re-use packaging. If you require the item to be posted to an alternative address we will arrange this for you.
Email us with the alternative address after you have placed your order. Items will normally be shipped within 5-7 working days.
UK
All items posted using Royal Mail special delivery (next working day delivery).
EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD
All items posted using a combination of New Zealand Post and / or FEDx or DHL for larger items.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and we will be happy to issue you with a full refund once the item has been returned.
